This complete frame-off rotisserie restored 1969 Mercury Cougar Eliminator Coupe is perfect in every aspect! It has been certified and is in the Eliminator Registry and is ready for any Concours event or as the ultimate collectible muscle car for any collection.
This vehicle is one of the finest Cougars available. More than 2,000 man hours went into restoring this correct vehicle back to as it left the factory in 1969!
Ford Motor Company documentation states that this car had all of the items that are on the window sticker below. They decoded the VIN and the letter is signed by Blanche Carino, Research Unit Representative, Customer Relationship Center for Ford.
Body Color and Trim codes are correct!
The interior of this vehicle is Original! Except for carpeting.

A factory correct vehicle was disaasembled for parts to make this vehicle as perfect as possible by using all NOS parts. In the 1980's the original owner opted for a factory correct sunroof and had one installed as an add-on to this unique muscle car.
After hours of researching the history of this vehicle, we were told from others that know this show car, that the engine block was discovered to have been replaced by a factory Ford Dealer as a warranty issue sometime in the 1970's. This vehicle was born with a 390-4V engine and it still has survived with a better block than original since the warrnty block had no issues over its past 30+ years of minor use. The car has 40,000 original miles and can been seen by just sitting in the original interior!
When we search to offer Rare Muscle Cars, we find the finest specimens available. You could not restore this vehicle for the asking price, yet alone find one and find all the NOS parts to make a registered and documented Eliminator.
