1930 Cadillac V-16 All Weather Phaeton

Award Winning
Restoration - Best in Show at the Monmouth County Concours D'Elegance along
with many other First Place awards!
A true investment grade
vehicle. We have been keeping records on these collectible multi-cylinder
Cadillac’s for many years and have purchased and owned some of the finest
examples.
Model 4380 production
was about 250 units from 1930-31. There are only four or five authenticated
survivors (original engine, chassis, body, parts) in existence. This car was
difficult to find and acquire, we search for authentic open cars such as this
all the time. It was almost 5 years until this one fit all of our
criteria. So many of these cars have been re-bodied or have no historical data,
ultimately it pays to have the patience to wait for the right opportunity.
This rare vehicle is in
Show Quality Condition and ready for Concours D’Elegance Shows, Private
Collection or Touring Events.

Full Chrome

wires, this car has Full Chrome Wire Wheels and Hubs which is impressive,
similar to a Duesenberg style, which makes this car stand out among its
peers
-
Original
Trunk – this cannot be replaced it is original to the car, these are no
longer made and many have offered large sums for this one to be sold off the
car.
-
The Most
Sought After Fleetwood Body with unique “V” Windshield, LeBaron styled
hood, 3 position top, and secondary windshield.
NOTE: Cadillac
stopped production of the “V” Windshield Bodied vehicles produced in
Fleetwood, PA in October 1930, after this date all cars were flat
windshields produced in Detroit with less desirable body styling (see the
photos to view the beauty of the windshield styling and hood design, it
makes this car stand out from the rest)
The “V” Windshield
vehicles are worth much more than flat windshield models, the design allowed
for more leg room and sitting room in the front seat area along with both
sides of the windshield to be opened for ventilation which is extremely
impressive at shows or on display.
